How It Works

Each consecutive year you remain an active ProLogic customer, you earn an additional 1% services rebate (*up to 5%) stacking annually as your partnership grows. The longer you partner with us, the more you earn!

What the Rebate Applies to

Your earned rebate can be applied toward eligible ProLogic ITS professional services, including IT services, and support, break-fix and warranty services, installation and deployment services.

Terms & Conditions

Eligible Uses

Eligible Uses Loyalty credits may be applied to:

    • Vehicle upfitting labor
    • Installation services
    • Configuration, staging, and deployment services
    • Professional services related to IT solutions

    **Credits may not be redeemed for cash and may be restricted from use on third-party pass-through hardware at ownership’s discretion.

Program Eligibility

Program Eligibility To qualify for the Customer Loyalty Program, agencies must:

    • Maintain an active purchasing relationship with ProLogic ITS
    • Remain in good standing contractually and financially
    • Maintain consecutive participation year over year Program Guardrails
    • Credits issued annually and expire at the end of the following calendar year if unused
    • Loyalty credits capped at 5%
    • Credits are non-transferable between agencies/departments
    • ProLogic ITS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program with notice
