1. Software Services
ProLogic is an authorized reseller of certain software products and services (“Software Services”). Notwithstanding the execution by a customer of an order form, quote or other ordering document issued by ProLogic for Software Services (the “Order”) and the remittance of license fees to ProLogic, customers’ use of the Software Services is subject to and governed by the terms and conditions published by the provider of such Software Services (the “Provider Agreement”).
For clarity, ProLogic is not a provider of Software Services. ProLogic does not make any representations or warranties about the Software Services and shall have no liability to customers in connection with the Software Services. Customer’s sole remedies in connection with the use of Software Services shall be as set forth in the Provider Agreement, and any claims that a customer may have in connection with the Software Services shall be made directly to the provider of the Software Services.
